Day yacht cruises, tours, transfers, and other services

Upon confirmation of the booking, a 20% deposit of the total cost is required. The outstanding balance should be paid 14 days before the scheduled booking date.


Multi-day yacht cruises

All charters are subject to a fully executed contract. Once the availability of your chosen yacht has been verified, you will receive a Charter Agreement, with a request for a deposit to secure the booking. The charter agreement defines the terms and conditions, obligations, and rights of each party. A deposit of 50% of the total charter fee is required upon signature of the charter agreement in order to confirm your booking. The remaining 50%, plus an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), together with any VAT taxes, delivery/redelivery fees, and any additional agreed charges, is due one month before the charter commences.

The multi-day yacht charter rate includes: Boat Insurance,crew, crew’s food, crew’s insurance, brokerage fees

The multi-day yacht charter rate does not include: Fuel to the yacht, gasoline for the tender, food & beverages for the charterer and his guests, canal dues (If applicable), fees and taxes (if required for ports and marinas, Agents, Customs Authorities etc.), transfers, gratuity to the crew, guides, etc.

Please note that the APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) of 30% of the charter rate applies to your expenses during the charter i.e. fuel, food, beverages, marinas etc. All costs incurred by the yacht, which are accountable to the charterer will be deducted during the cruise and full accounts will be produced at the end. At the end of the charter, all the accounts will be settled with you prior to your disembarkation and original invoices will be given to him accordingly. Any remaining amount will be handed to you or if there is any outstanding amount it should be settled in cash prior to disembarkation.

 


PAYMENT OPTIONS

Isala Travel reserves the right to cancel booking requests with failed or delayed payments upon the booking option date without further notice. Availability, pricing, and offers are subject to change upon the booking payment option specified. Any bank transfer costs, card or online payment fees that may occur have to be handled by the client and are not included in the price or the security deposit. We currently offer two payment options for online bookings:

PayPal

Please send the payment to our email address info@isalatravel.com (kindly note that if you use PayPal a 6 % handling fee is charged due to a 6% commission that is applied to all payments received).

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy for Day Yacht Charters

For cancellations with more than 14 days' notice before the yacht charter date, you will be refunded 100% of the total booking amount or the paid deposit, excluding expenses.

The deposit is not refundable for cancellations with less than 14 days' notice before the yacht charter date.

Instead of cancellation, a charter reschedule can be accepted only when notification is given at least 14 days before embarkation and according to booking availability. In case the charter fee is different, the difference is charged to the client.


2. Cancellation Policy for Multi-Day Yacht Charters

For cancellations upon the signature of the Charter Agreement and more than one month before the charter date, the deposit is not refundable.

You will not be refunded for cancellations less than one month before the charter date.


3. Cancellation Policy for Cruise Ship Passengers' Tours

Travellers on a cruise ship, in case the specific cruise ship does not make it to Zakynthos due to weather circumstances or whatever reason your booking will be fully refunded.


4. Cancellation Policy for any other tours/services.

For cancellations with more than 14 days' notice before the date of your tour or service, you will be refunded 100% of the total booking amount or the paid deposit, excluding expenses.

You will not be refunded for cancellations less than 14 days before the date of your booking.

Instead of cancellation, a reschedule can be accepted only when notification is given at least 7 days before the booking date and according to booking availability. In case the fee is different, the difference is charged to the client.


5. No-Show

No-show bookings will be cancelled without any refund for all participants involved.


6. Government Restrictions

In the event of official government restrictions announced in the host or originating country that affect the dates of the booking, a rescheduling (in the same season) will be arranged free of charge. If a rescheduling that suits the client’s needs is not possible, a credit note valid for 18 months will be issued from our company. The clients are responsible for communicating their travel restrictions promptly. Any delays or no-shows will be treated as normal cancellations and the normal cancellation policy will apply.


7. Weather Cancellations by the operator

In the event of bad weather on the booking day, we will reschedule the trip for the next available day. If there is no availability or weather prevents rescheduling, the whole amount will be refunded. If the operator cancels the tour/activity/service, cancellation fees will not apply. The operator reserves the right to cancel a tour/service owing to unforeseeable weather conditions in which case a full refund will be sent to the guest's Bank Details or PayPal account.


8. Orders cancellation procedure

Cancellations are only accepted during business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (local time in Greece), except for Greek national holidays. Once Isala Travel receives the notice by e-mail at info@isalatravel.com, the rules for modifying a package become effective. Requests submitted outside of business hours will be registered the next working day, and fees will correspond to the date of registration. Isala Travel reserves 3 working days to proceed with tour and activities refunds.

Orders are refunded to the same payment method that was used to place the order:

Bank Transfer Refund. You should send us at our email info@isalatravel.com with the following bank details: Account number (IBAN for European banks), BIC/SWIFT, Account owner's name and postal address, Name of bank and official address of the branch
